Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in Calgary, Alberta, Canada only. Orders placed for delivery outside Calgary may be cancelled and refunded.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to prepare in-stock orders within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed on the next business day. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY

Available shipping or local-delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Large or bulky products may require a delivery appointment or special handling. Any applicable options and charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before fulfillment.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or other delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help you investigate a delayed or missing shipment.

Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the studio. Please bring your order confirmation and, if requested, identification matching the order. Pickup is free.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Inspect your order when it arrives or is collected. Report a damaged, defective or incorrect product within seven days by emailing hello@whiskersandwhimsy.ca. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, when practical, photographs.
