From the manufacturer

A wooden rocking chair made just for cats. The corrugated top surface is perfect for scratching, rubbing, or snoozing, and the solid poplar multilayered board with a natural variegated wood finish fits seamlessly into any decor. Comes with stabilizers so you can keep it still when you want, and remove them when your cat is ready to rock. Cats of all ages will love playing on it before curling up for a nap. Dimensions: 22" L x 11" W x 13.5" H. Base: 22" L x 12" W. Net weight: 4.8 lbs.

How this works for cats

The corrugated seat serves as a scratcher and nap surface, while removable stabilizers let the wood base stay still or rock gently. Begin with it fixed so the cat can learn the shape without surprise. If movement becomes part of the appeal, remove the supports and supervise the first reviews.
